1965 \u5e74\u9996\u6b21\u88ab\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u6839\u64da\u806f\u5408\u570b\u7ce7\u98df\u53ca\u8fb2\u696d\u7d44\u7e54\/\u4e16\u754c\u885b\u751f\u7d44\u7e54\uff08FAO\/WHO\uff09\uff0c\u76ca\u751f\u83cc\u7684\u6700\u65b0\u5b9a\u7fa9\u662f\u300c\u8178\u9053\u5167\u7684\u6d3b\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u6216\u300e\u597d\u7d30\u83cc\u300f\u300d\u3002<br><br>\u8a31\u591a\u4e0d\u540c\u985e\u578b\u7684\u7d30\u83cc\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u76ca\u751f\u83cc\u3002\u5546\u696d\u7528\u9014\u6700\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u76ca\u751f\u83cc\u662f\u4e73\u9178\u687f\u83cc\u548c\u96d9\u6b67\u687f\u83cc\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u5b58\u5728\u65bc\u512a\u683c\u548c\u767c\u9175\u98df\u54c1\u4e2d\u3002\u76ca\u751f\u83cc\u81ea\u7136\u5b58\u5728\u65bc\u5927\u8178\u7684\u98df\u7269\u767c\u9175\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e26\u900f\u904e\u5c0d\u6297\u300c\u58de\u7d30\u83cc\u300d\u4f86\u6539\u5584\u8178\u9053\u5065\u5eb7\u3002<br><br>\u7c21\u55ae\u4f86\u8aaa\u2014\u2014\u6211\u5011\u9700\u8981\u597d\u7d30\u83cc\u548c\u58de\u7d30\u83cc\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u6b63\u78ba\u5e73\u8861\u3002\u76ca\u751f\u83cc\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u5929\u7136\u98df\u7269\u5408\u6210\u6216\u81b3\u98df\u88dc\u5145\u5291\u7372\u5f97\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u76ca\u751f\u5143<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;<br><br>\u6709\u4e9b\u4eba\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5ffd\u8996\u76ca\u751f\u5143\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002<strong>\u76ca\u751f\u5143<\/strong>\u662f<strong><em>\u98df\u7269\u4e2d\u7121\u6cd5\u6d88\u5316\u7684\u90e8\u5206<\/em><\/strong>\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u9999\u8549\u3001\u6d0b\u8525\u548c\u5927\u849c\u3001\u860b\u679c\u76ae\u3001\u8c46\u985e\u7b49\u3002\u76ca\u751f\u5143\u7e96\u7dad\u672a\u7d93\u6d88\u5316\u901a\u904e\u5c0f\u8178\uff0c\u5230\u9054\u5927\u8178\u6642\u767c\u751f\u767c\u9175\u3002\u9019\u500b\u767c\u9175\u904e\u7a0b\u70ba\u6709\u76ca\u7684\u7d30\u83cc\u7fa4\u843d\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u76ca\u751f\u83cc\uff09\u63d0\u4f9b\u990a\u5206\uff0c\u4e26\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u589e\u52a0\u6211\u5011\u8178\u9053\u4e2d\u8207\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u72c0\u6cc1\u548c\u964d\u4f4e\u75be\u75c5\u98a8\u96aa\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u7d30\u83cc\u6578\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u76ca\u751f\u5143\u8207\u76ca\u751f\u83cc\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2<\/strong>&nbsp;<br><br>\u70ba\u4e86\u907f\u514d\u4f7f\u7528\u8853\u8a9e\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u4f7f\u7528\u4e00\u500b\u96b1\u55bb\u4f86\u5e6b\u52a9\u60a8\u7406\u89e3\u76ca\u751f\u5143\u548c\u76ca\u751f\u83cc\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\uff1a\u8981\u958b\u59cb\u4e00\u500b\u9bae\u82b1\u76db\u958b\u3001\u690d\u7269\u751f\u6a5f\u52c3\u52c3\u7684\u82b1\u5712\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u9700\u8981\u7a2e\u5b50\u2014\u2014\u76ca\u751f\u83cc\u7d30\u83cc\u3002\u70ba\u4e86\u57f9\u80b2\u690d\u7269\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u9084\u9700\u8981\u6c34\u548c\u80a5\u6599\u2014\u2014\u76ca\u751f\u5143\u7e96\u7dad\uff0c\u5b83\u70ba\u571f\u58e4\u63d0\u4f9b\u990a\u5206\u3002\u7e41\u82b1\u4f3c\u9326\u7684\u82b1\u5712\u5c31\u597d\u6bd4\u4e00\u500b\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5065\u5eb7\u76ca\u8655<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u60a8\u77e5\u9053\u76ca\u751f\u5143\u548c\u76ca\u751f\u83cc\u7684\u597d\u8655\u9060\u4e0d\u6b62\u5e6b\u52a9\u60a8\u6392\u4fbf\u55ce\uff1f<br><br>\u76ca\u751f\u5143\u548c\u76ca\u751f\u83cc\u8207\u67d0\u4e9b\u5065\u5eb7\u76ca\u8655\u76f8\u95dc\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a<br><br>&#8211;
