詳情
Train to Compete is built around a universal macro balance suitable for active people and structured training:
- 33% protein
- 33% carbohydrates
- 33% fat
- Balanced nutrition for training and recovery
- High-quality protein distributed across the day
- Carbohydrates to support energy and performance
- Healthy fats for sustained energy and general health
- Fresh meals prepared by Eatology chefs
- Nutritionist and dietitian designed
- Available for 4, 8, 12, or 16-week training blocks
- Suitable for Hyrox, marathon, F45, strength, and hybrid training
The 33 / 33 / 33 split refers to the approximate percentage of calories from each macronutrient. It does not mean receiving equal grams of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, since each macronutrient contains a different number of calories per gram.
For example, on an approximately 1,500-calorie plan, a 33 / 33 / 33 structure would provide roughly:
- 124g protein
- 124g carbohydrates
- 55g fat
Your actual meal portions and calorie target will depend on your personal requirements, activity level, training schedule, and goal.
For all 2-meal programs, you will receive a reduced calorie intake relative to your selected calorie choice to account for breakfast or dinner. We will provide daily suggestions for the remaining meal so you can work toward your total calorie and macronutrient goal.
