If for any reason you’re unable to receive a delivery on a particular date, you can change the delivery date 48 hours prior. Please contact us for more information.

A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for any refunds and cancellations.

An admin fee of HKD$300 will also be levied for any cancellations.

A full refund, minus the admin fee is possible 72 hour prior to your first meal.

Any refund / cancellation request past this time are only available at our discretions.

All refunds will be processed through the original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
