Grass-fed meatballs and green beans fettuccine Recipe

A great example of this is our grass-fed meatballs and green beans fettuccine with homemade tomato sauce. We took the classic meatballs and spaghetti formula, and tweaked it a little bit so that it’ll keep you looking and feeling great. Ingredients

Grass-fed Moroccan meatballs recipe (for 12 meatballs):
Ingredients:
1 large Organic egg
3 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Ground allspice
¼ cup coriander (loosely packed)
1 tsp Sea salt
½ tsp Black pepper
550 g Australian Minced Grass-fed Beef
40 g Buckwheat flour

Homemade Marinara Sauce recipe (serves 12):
Ingredients:
40ml Chicken stock
1 cup Diced White Onions
1 clove Garlic
900g Canned Whole Tomatoes (2 cans)
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Dried basil
1 tbsp Dried Oregano
Black pepper to taste
Red pepper flakes to taste

Methods

Green soybean fettuccine recipe
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water at a rolling boil until cooked through
2. Drain immediately
3. Combine with grass-fed moroccan meatballs and homemade marinara sauce to serve

Grass-fed Moroccan meatballs
Instructions:
1. Preheat a grill to medium heat (around 260 degrees)
2. Mix together the egg, garlic, cumin, allspice, cilantro, salt and pepper in a medium bowl
3. Add ground Grass-fed Beef and combine
4. Divide the mixture into 4, and shape into disc-shaped meatballs (They will dome slightly on the grill, forming nicely rounded meatballs)
5. Brush the grill with oil, and grill meatballs covered for about 4 minutes evenly on all side, until they are nicely browned on the outside and no longer pink in the centre.
6. Let the meatballs rest for a few minutes before serving.

Homemade Marinara Sauce
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, bring the chicken stock to a simmer
2. Add onions, garlic, and red pepper flakes, then cook until onions are translucent. About 5 minutes
3. Reduce heat to medium, stir in the canned tomatoes, and cook for about 15 minutes to blend the flavours. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking
4. Remove from heat and stir in the balsamic vinegar, basil, oregano, and black pepper.
